Jay Crowley is an associate at Powell & Edwards, focusing on both civil litigation and municipal and local government law.

Jay is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is approved to practice in front of the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

He received his bachelor’s degree, graduating cum laude, from Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia with a major in political science. He then went on to attend Georgia State University’s College of Law, where he earned his law degree cum laude. During law school, Jay was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review where he was tasked with editing Peach Sheets, a review of the Georgia General Assembly’s activities from each legislative session.

Jay uses his drive and problem-solving skills to ensure that every client receives the best results possible.

Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Jay enjoys spending his free time with his wife, watching Jeopardy! and is an avid sports fan.
